Every April 17 World Haemophilia Day is recognized worldwide to increase awareness of haemophilia and other inherited bleeding disorders.
World Haemophilia Day was started in 1989 by the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) which chose to bring the community together on April 17 in honour of WFH founder Frank Schnabel’s birthday.
THEME: HAER THEIR VOICES
The Haemophilia Foundation of Nigeria is pleased to be taking the opportunity on World Hemophilia Day to bring attention to the women and girls in our community who live with a bleeding disorder or has someone in their lives who does.
Join us in a “Charity Walk” in support of women and girls with bleeding disorders in our community.
You can place order for our charity walk T-shirt, call 09073948055.
